ACTIVITY: Sight

VISUAL TOUCH

Begin standing tall. Pick an object in the distance or across the room and stare at it intently. Feel the object with your eyes. What does it look like it, smell like? If you knocked it with your fingertips, what sound would it make? Use your visual cues to draw conclusions about all of your other senses. Approach the object and use all of your senses to find the answers to your questions.

ZOOMING IN AND OUT

Pick an object at a distance from you that you can not see in many details. Move closer to this object and verbally note the details you can see visually as you get closer. Get as close as you can to the object and drink in the image for 3 seconds. Close your eyes and turn around. Open your eyes and walk away. Dance the details of the object the best that you can for 1 min.

LOOKING GLASS

Go find a window and look through every object that you see. Write about your experience for 5 mins.
